Tepoztlán is 101 km from Mexico City, by the highway to Cuernavaca and taking the deviation after the La Pera curve, towards Oaxtepec, Tepoztlan and Cuautla. Once you are in town:
Option 1: Take Ave. Revolution of 1910, turn left on Albino Ortega, then turn right on Matamoros Street, which becomes Prolongacion Matamoros. The hotel is on your left.
Option 2. Except in rainy season. Take Ave. Revolution of 1910, turn left on Camino a Meztitla, keep your left, the street becomes Prolongacion Matamoros or Netzahualcoyotl Street, cross the river (normally it is not deeper than about 15 cm/10 in) and the hotel is to your right.
