Cancellation policy: Charges apply for your total stay according to the policies stated in your tariff
No Show: The total charge of your stay applies
Early leaving: The total charge of unutilized nights applies

Breakfast included: Many of our tariffs include breakfast. It applies only to the Restaurant and in the hours indicated
Extra beds: Only for Premium of Cottage Rooms, per request and subject to availability
Internet: We offer Wi-Fi in all our rooms, the Main House, the pool and Mesa de Origen Restaurant. We have dedicated internet access
Speakers and music: Premium and Cottage rooms offer a bluettoth speaker to use only in the room. We respect silence and natural sounds in our gardens and pool. You may ask our Concierge for earphones, which we sell in case you wish to listen to music from your devise, while at our public spaces
Robes, linens, pillows and amenities: Our top quality products are for sale through our Concierge.
Pool: is open from 9 am to 6 pom. It is heated to 28ºC during this time. Our whirlpool baths are 34ºC
Smoking: is permitted in a designated area in the pool and on the Premium room’s terraces only. It is not permitted to smoke in any indoor space
